Webster Private Office ("WPO," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our services and website.

  • Contact & Identity Information: name, email, phone number, address.
  • Membership & Payment Information: billing details processed through our payment processor (Stripe); WPO does not store full payment card numbers.
  • Travel & Lifestyle Preferences: itineraries, reservations, dietary preferences, travel history, and similar details provided to fulfill requests.
  • Credentials Shared at Client Discretion: where a Client chooses to share hotel, airline, or other account credentials to facilitate a request, these are stored using industry-standard secure credential management tools (e.g., 1Password) and used solely for the purpose authorized by the Client.
  • Website Usage Data: basic analytics such as pages visited and general device/browser information.

2. How We Use Information

We use Client information to: deliver and coordinate requested services; process membership billing; communicate about requests, reservations, and account matters; and improve our services. We do not sell Client information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with third-party vendors (e.g., hotels, airlines, restaurants, event venues) only as necessary to fulfill a specific Client request. We may share information with service providers who support our operations (e.g., payment processing, secure document storage), each bound to protect that information appropriately. We disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order.

4. Data Storage & Security

Client information is stored using secure, access-controlled systems (including Notion for member profiles and Google Drive for document storage) and industry-standard credential management tools for sensitive account information. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Client information consistent with the New York SHIELD Act (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 899-bb).

5. Data Retention

We retain Client information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their information, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

6. Client Rights

Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us at hello@websterprivateoffice.com. We will respond to reasonable requests in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website may use basic cookies or analytics tools to understand site usage. These do not collect sensitive personal information and can generally be controlled through your browser settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
